Process

The glitch execution model

Every alert flows through a hardened pipeline tuned for speed, trust, and legal compliance.

Data

01 - Intake

Open streets data feeds keep the static layer fresh and versioned for audit.

Telemetry

02 - Shadow Mode

Anonymised telemetry monitors braking spikes to flag probable traps even before scouts flag them.

Community

03 - Scout Review

Trusted scouts vote hazards up or out; bad intel decays fast and disappears.

  1. 0.2s

    Heading Lock

Directional filtering removes opposing-lane noise and ensures you only hear what matters.

  2. 0.4s

    Signal Prep

Audio motif cues up using device capabilities (A2DP or fallback HFP) with automatic media ducking.

  3. 0.6s

    Alert Delivery

Hardened toast and optional overlay bubble display hazard type, distance, and trust level.

  4. 0.9s

    Network Feedback

Your reaction (maintain speed vs brake) refines the trust score in near real-time.

COMMUNICATE MODE

Reporting without breaking focus

Tinuninu's `[ REPORT.EXE ]` panel compresses hazard reporting into single gestures.

Entry sequence

Tap the Big Button or trigger your steering wheel shortcut. The header flashes Glitch Magenta and three tiles appear for [ CAMERA/TRAP ], [ HAZARD ], [ OTHER/WEIRDNESS ].

Confirmation

Once submitted, the tile glitches out for 180ms, the Signal chime plays quietly, and the event enters the trust pipeline.

Telemetry feedback

  • Brake signature - sudden deceleration spikes from multiple scouts boost hazard confidence and extend lifetime.
  • Reverse checks - opposing-lane motion or acceleration cancels the alert to avoid mirror noise.
  • Reputation blend - confirmations from high-trust Wardens can silence false reports instantly.

Telemetry never leaves the device beyond anonymised 5-second windows.

Governance Modes

Adaptive compliance per jurisdiction

Tinuninu respects geo-fenced restrictions while staying transparent with drivers.

Full Signal +
Everything enabled: enforcement alerts, hazard intel, Scout overlay. Default where legal (DE, NL).
Fuzzy Signal +
Only wide-area hazards and caution zones. Used in FR & CH to obey detector limits.
Mute Zone +
Regulation blocks enforcement callouts; Tinuninu shifts to safety reminders and hazard reporting only.
